After Cebu Swimming Lessons posted a SIMPLE THANKFUL MESSAGE OF DISMISSAL on one of a two separate cases filed by her sisters , Hayde flooded our page with rage comments demanding us to delete the Dismissal Message, insisting that it was from another complainants they are not aware of it and she also said to "FEAR THEM", that resulted for her comments to be hidden and banned in our page.

The subpoena you sent with a cake before was just given back to you Haydee with a sad truth of your lost with the other case, in return you just got a Dismissal with a free cake. There was nothing wrong with sending you back a free cake right? :-) Get over it, regain your composure and learn to handle and swallow a dose of your medicine.

Now she claims that we are on a panic mode and ashamed.
After posting chapters of events of harassment, shaming and tagging Cebu Swimming Lessons on her facebook profile it goes to show that she can't handle our simple thankful
for dismissal and she went on to the edge and loose herself with rage outburst.
On February 12 right after we post the Dismissal the news came to her like a blink of an eye.
Hayde we are never ashamed of what we are fighting for. We will be never be afraid of you or anyone.
That simple post of Dismissal WAS OUR RIGHTS to clear the coaches involved especially our trademark name that you and your sisters have been tagging along with your series of posts ever since June 2019.
You are not Cebu Swimming Lessons client, you enrolled in a Hotel Swimming Summer Program and tagging along our trademark name is a pure intent to ruin, Cebu Swimming Lessons credibility, livelihood and the name of the swimming lessons provider as a whole.
NOTE: The 2 separate cases filed by this sisters did happened in a same day, time and group class. the 2 year old case was dismissed for lack of probable cause of the alleged trauma. it has been proven that what the coaches were doing was for the best interest of the child for her to learn the skill.
