WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN TOLD TO FIGHT FOR OUR RIGHTS -

This is an official CSL Statements page to answer the three Quinanola sisters who have been dragging Cebu Swimming Lessons trademark name, with pure intentions to ruin livelihood and credibility of the name of the swimming lessons provider.

Their 3 niece's were enrolled in the Hotel Summer Program in Lahug where some of our coaches were hired to conduct the hotel's said summer program. They PAID DIRECTLY IN THE HOTEL for 10 session group class with the same time and day schedule. After almost consuming all of their session one of their niece's dad questioned the use of the Kickboard and claimed he also knows how to teach. This resulted to have a meeting set by the marketing department of the hotel on June 6, 2019.

On the June 6, 2019 We were surprised to see ROSE MEGAN AUZA in the restaurant of the hotel instead of the dad who questioned the use of the kickboard the program.

Since she was already there we talked about her daughter's progress. Coaches can't always control some things that motivate a child, that's where the parents come in that's why we reminded her the importance of motivation and encouragement to the child. She went on outraged in the restaurant of the hotel appeared to be insulted by this pure positive intention of advise of the coach to help her daughter to have more confidence in the swimming lessons. That resulted a non productive discussion and coaches offered a refund for their remaining sessions and told her that we did not want to continue with the program with them anymore. Which she agreed and we set that schedule on June 17.

The 2 other cousins of her daughter easily learned the skills because one of the important key that they have been encouraged and motivated and have been given thumbs up by their parents which ROSE AUZA LACK to do for her child.

After the meeting, that's when KAREN QUINANOLA GONZALES started to make a libelous comment on our proud progress video posted of her 2 year old niece posted in our page. Claiming that the 2 year old and the 4 year old were traumatized and were harshly handled by the coaches. We just deleted and blocked her before because we knew that what she was doing is a clear motive to damage Cebu Swimming Lessons name. She then made another facebook account out of her desperation and grudge and comment again on our facebook page.

Furthermore, after her libelous posts were deleted, on June 2019 she then posted the picture of the head coach news paper clippings on her Facebook Personal account and making her malicious post tagging Cebu Swimming Lessons and trying to protect her BAR License. making it appeared to be just an inquiry of Certifications, Licenses and Permits. But out of anger she lost all her wits and oath by making another libelous comment on her post about Pre-Terminated Circa and Camp Lapu lapu Contracts with Cebu Swimming Lessons later on added about Abellana on 2020.

This lawyer privately contacted clients who will inquire to our page went even more on outraged of her anger to damaged Cebu Swimming Lessons.

We fought for our rights and made a statement on our facebook page but as expected they think they are untouchable and superior they couldn't handle our statement and made a series of comments to humiliate and mock Cebu Swimming Lessons Head Coach. Accusing her of making fake facebook accounts.

After a few months, Justice has been served, The coaches won the decision that there was no trauma that happened on the 2 year old and the case they filed against the coaches hired in the hotel was DISMISSED. We firmly believe that the 4 year old case will also be dismissed and will be in favor of the innocent coaches.

On February 17 Hayde Quinanola deleted all their comments on Cebu Swimming Lessons page discredting CSL awards, after which made another series of libelous post on her own facebook profile, WARNING THE PUBLIC that we are identified suspects and also inviting her friends to check on our page and make it appear that they were attacked by CSL Supporters AFTER DELETING THEIR OWN COMMENTS . Real act of humiliation she brought to herself. Becoming feeling inferior makes her loose all her ethics, composure with pure desperation. In fact she even bought a real cake for CSL posting it with several funny and entertaining complaints of the alleged estafa on blotter. Those were the 3 clients who actually has the same attitude as your sisters so we are not surprised of your connivance or whatever group chats you are talking about. It is true that your sister has been crowd sourcing hoping to have complainants against us to support your motive to ruin our name. Don't fool the public of representing them. It's for your own gain.

You are extremely getting out of control anger and worst is I can count persons who can only understand you recovering from total despair of humiliating yourself. I don't think a simple comment of one of your friends "They messed with the wrong sisters " will truly cure your problem with your ego and high esteem. Your behavior is extremely very disturbing. As I've said you are NOT UNTOUCHABLES. We will finish this up to end of justice for Cebu Swimming Lessons. I'm pretty sure you know the consequences on our next chapters. By the way I did not like the taste of the cake, as I expected it tasted like trash.

With a simple comment of Dismissal you went on outrage, proved that our statement in the restaurant in the hotel about your sister was also true based on your personalities and behavior and what you are capable of doing to ruin livelihood and discredit people who will not work under your favor . You always want to be above all.

For those who are concerned we want you to read these FACTS and check the screenshots with evidences.

SALVADOR BLOTTER OF ALLEGED ESTAFA the alleged victim with last name of Salvador sometime in 2018, they saw on facebook about Cebu Swimming Lessons. On the Above mentioned place, time and date which is on a police blotter it was in Mc Donalds, AS Fortuna St. Banilad Mandaue City that they met with the coaches and paid the down payment of P5,000.

ALLEGATION Salvador saw our facebook page sometime on September 2018 and inquired.

FACTS: Based on screenshot On August 28, 2018 Lainee Mallow inquired on our page to enroll for them it was NOT Salvador who contacted us.

ALLEGATION Salvador met and made the downpayment of P5,000 to Coach Ajay and Coach Ricky at Mcdonalds A.S. Fortuna, Mandaue.

FACTS based on screenshot The Coaches went to LapuLapu at Chateau by the Sea on September 11, to meet Lainee Mallow fully informed that enrollment must be made in full before the start of the class, but she insisted to just pay P500.00 not even worth our gasoline going to lapulapu there she made a downpayment of P5,000 to the coaches and committed to pay in full on the following days. IT WAS NOT SALVADOR who paid for the enrollment and downpayment neither it was made in Mcdonalds Mandaue.

The remaining balance required was sent to Salvador by Lainee Mallow to personally give to Coach Ricky in Mcdonalds 2 weeks after.

ALLEGATION Salvador will only have their first session on October 27.

FACTS: The students enrolled had their swimming lessons at Chataue by the Sea right away even before they paid the partial payment of enrollment.

FACTS: On October 14 Lainee Mallow scheduled Salvador kids for Sunday sessions but they were absent. Later on Lainee Mallow informed the coaches that they couldn't make it on the following "reserved sessions" and wanted to continue on Sem Break on OCTOBER 28 which the coaches gave them consideration for an OPTIONAL make up session starting on that day but SALVADOR SHOWED UP on OCTOBER 27 the day before her schedule it so happened that Coach Ricky's father was just recently buried and still mourning from his lost.

FACTS: We have weekly lessons in Circa 1900 all year round from 2018 until 2019 that is supported with Logbooks of Names and Signatures of students as proof that were conduct their lessons regularly. Geesh All Pictures of students are also in our page.

CIVIL CASE BLOTTER

What happened then? Why did you refuse to pay for your other child and wanted her to join the lessons? The coach was very professional to teach your two kids even you know the terms and conditions that payment must be made in full before the start of the class... they both were able to take their lessons but you refused to pay the payment for the other child.

You enrolled on May 2018, asking for schedules that we had everyday. You did not communicate for almost 2 years and suddenly wanted to have the lessons? What happened to importance of communication and respect to policies? Please let me know if the 50 years in services other swimming lessons provider here in Cebu, in fact all over the Philippines will allow that.
